• Overview the Installation, commissioning, and field tests activities of Hydrogen Generating Equipment performed by 3rd parties meet Ohmium’s safety and quality standards and are accomplished in a timely manner • Execute any assigned task (regular maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, etc..) following the most strict safety and quality standards. • Work safely (outdoors) in accordance with company, governmental, and local jurisdiction standards. • Shift and site operations, troubleshooting and maintenance. • Execute maintenance activities in accordance with available documentation and standards. • Coordinate with contractors, customers and ROC to assure all the maintenance activities take place in a safe and timely manner following specific technical procedures. • Basic knowledge to handle and utilize electrical test equipment like Multimeter, Clamp meter and insulation meter. • Understand both electrical and Mechanical parts of the electrolyser system. • Support the development of documentation and standards. • Complete diagnostics of electrolyzers, RO water and filter system, Gas dryer and High pressure piping. • Drive constant process and documentation improvements to eliminate waste and increase reliability. • Manage complex workflows, including the efforts of sub-contractors & EPC Partners / customers. • Manage spare part and tool kit inventories & reduce operation cost. • Ensure Clean and lean Site. • Register Defect and Material requirements. • Have good working knowledge with MS Office. • Exceed and follow customer facility standards and policies. • Interface with customers and support their needs. • Produce timely and detailed service reports. • Support an on-call watch bill (standby status) and maintain watch list. • Operate a service vehicle safely and maintain a driving record in good standing. • Operate H2 Gas Compressor at site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering in science, technology
- 5-10 years of experience working on complex, deployed systems with Erection, commissioning, testing, Installation, maintenance, and operations exposure.
- Those candidates who have the maintenance/service/operation experience in oil&gas maintenance (as contractor), industrial gases, Solar Plant/Power plant/DG set installation/ Compressor/Gas/Chemical/RO/DM plant will be given preference.
