Technical Program Manager – Enterprise Integrations, Delivery

TruBridge

• Own delivery planning and execution for enterprise features, integrations, and customer onboardings • Translate enterprise requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies • Create and manage customer implementation project plans • Create and manage Jira epics, stories, and timelines aligned with engineering standards • Partner closely with Engineering to sequence work and manage dependencies • Serve as a primary point of coordination for enterprise customers during implementation • Help improve consistency and repeatability of enterprise delivery and onboarding processes

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery
  • Hands-on experience working with Jira (or similar tools) to manage complex work
  • Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and technically complex systems
  • Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract-driven, deadline-sensitive environment
