Role Description The client is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant / Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple business units and property assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and administrative marketing responsibilities and can confidently manage campaigns, content, digital channels, and marketing coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, support lead generation efforts, and ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing & Campaign Management - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. - Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights. - Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications. - Assist with lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. - Content Creation & Brand Management - Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials. - Develop graphics, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. - Coordinate content updates across websites and digital platforms. - Ensure consistency of messaging and visual branding across all channels. - Website & Digital Presence - Assist with website content updates and maintenance. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding website improvements. - Support SEO initiatives and content optimisation efforts. - Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements. - Marketing Administration - Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. - Coordinate marketing assets, databases, and digital resources. - Assist with event marketing, property promotions, and stakeholder communications. - Prepare marketing reports and track key performance metrics. - Market Research & Insights - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices within the property and real estate industry. - Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and audience engagement. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination role. - Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation. - Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Experience supporting real estate, property, construction, or professional services businesses. - Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms. - Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising. - Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools. - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
