• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function within a fast-paced promotions and branded merchandise company • Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation scheduling • Partner with hiring managers and HR Manager to ensure smooth and consistent onboarding experiences • Serve as a first point of contact for general HR questions and support • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources when needed • Support job postings and basic recruiting administrative tasks • Assist with maintaining HR files and required documentation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar role
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (promotions, retail, agency, logistics, or similar preferred)
  • Working knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Job Title: HR Compliance Administrative Specialist (PERMANENT WFH, Dayshift, PH) Type: Full Time; 40 hours per week VA Rate: $9AUD per hour (60-62K PHP monthly) Purpose: - Looking for a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant. - Take ownership of the business to reduce the administrative burden on the Directors. - Support HR compliance functions. - Requires initiative, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently.
