Job Description

Lead Product Engineer

Infinx

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of business-critical software solutions. • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to understand complex business challenges. • Lead requirements analysis sessions and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation strategies. • Lead the breakdown of epics and initiatives into well-defined user stories and technical tasks. • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, actionable, and aligned with product goals. • Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web application and backend services. • Establish and enforce coding standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines. • Mentor and coach Product Engineers at all levels. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of technical leadership, team leadership, or lead developer experience
  • Expertise in: PHP, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Experience designing and developing web-based enterprise applications
  • Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements analysis, solution design, and Agile delivery efforts
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Healthcare technology experience with a demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical systems, revenue cycle management, payer-provider interactions, or healthcare operations strongly preferred
  • Experience designing and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions utilizing HL7, FHIR, X12, Healthcare APIs, and data integration frameworks preferred
  • Experience architecting or integrating solutions with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, Allscripts/Veradigm) preferred
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions preferred.
