You will lead a world-class organization of 50+ engineers, architects, and managers to build the next generation of omnichannel commerce experiences. The ideal candidate has a deep technical background in Android-based hardware systems, distributed cloud architectures, and a proven track record of scaling platforms that bridge the gap between in-store physical payments and global eCommerce. Key Responsibilities - Vertical Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for specialized vertical features (e.g., Table Management/Kitchen Display Systems for Restaurants; Inventory/Menu management for Retail; Reservation/Scheduling). - Omnichannel Excellence: Direct the convergence of in-store POS hardware with online storefronts, ensuring a unified "single pane of glass" for merchants to manage inventory, customers, and payments. - Organizational Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a multi-functional engineering organization of about 50 members.
