We are currently seeking a highly motivated, California Licensed Structural Pest Control Field Representative to join our team. This role is designed for maximum efficiency and work-life balance. As our dedicated Westside representative, you will: - Start your day directly from your home and end your day at your home. - Manage your own route and service the Los Angeles Westside. - Drive our company vehicle directly to your first appointment. Qualifications - Current California Structural Pest Control Board Field Representative License. - Demonstrated hands-on experience in rodent proofing and exclusion. - Proven experience managing a service route efficiently; knowledge of navigating the Westside and optimizing your daily schedule. - Strong sales skills with a focus on education and service-based solutions. - Must reside near or within the Los Angeles Westside area. - Clean driving record and the ability to represent our long-standing brand with excellence. Requirements - Active License: Current California Structural Pest Control Board Field Representative License. - Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in rodent proofing and exclusion. - Route Mastery: Proven experience managing a service route efficiently. - Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a focus on education and service-based solutions. - Geography: Must reside near or within the Los Angeles Westside area. - Professionalism: Clean driving record and the ability to represent our long-standing brand with excellence. About the position: The Business Development Representative will drive lead generation activities and calendaring/setting of appointments for Cologix sales teams. This individual will research and respond to qualified marketing leads in local markets utilizing organic research and a variety of sales tools. This individual will utilize the phone and email to contact warm leads with the goal of gathering, vetting and communicating sufficient information about the client’s needs for the field sales teams. This role is a first point of contact as well as the face of Cologix with prospective customers.
