Job Requirements
- 3+ years as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role;
- Experience in gambling or other high-risk industries;
- Understanding of the affiliate models and general business processes in the affiliate marketing industry;
- Proven experience managing high-tier partners or media buying teams;
- Have a strong community connection with affiliates and connections with market leaders, media, event holders and main platforms;
- Strong negotiation skills and a history of closing high-value deals;
- Proficient in using CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards;
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).

About the position: The Business Development Representative will drive lead generation activities and calendaring/setting of appointments for Cologix sales teams. This individual will research and respond to qualified marketing leads in local markets utilizing organic research and a variety of sales tools. This individual will utilize the phone and email to contact warm leads with the goal of gathering, vetting and communicating sufficient information about the client’s needs for the field sales teams. Role Description The Chief Development Officer (CDO) serves as the organization’s senior fundraising and revenue strategy leader, responsible for building, leading, and sustaining a comprehensive development program that supports Muslim Advocates’ mission and long-term growth.
