• Independently manage and lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Maintain a high level of billable time while overseeing project teams and ensuring efficient resource utilization. • Act as a proactive consultant, identifying opportunities for project savings, optimizing timelines, and managing changes to project scope. • Expertly manage project dependencies, critical paths, and workback plans, ensuring that risks are identified, documented, and mitigated. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication. • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any potential roadblocks. • Work directly with developers, designers, and engineers to ensure that project requirements are clear, technical specifications are understood, and all team members are aligned on objectives. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Own and manage the technical services scope of CommsCoach implementations, from pre-deployment planning through go-live. • Coordinate closely with Onboarding Project Managers to align technical timelines, dependencies, and customer readiness. • Develop and manage technical project plans, including milestones, risks, and escalation paths. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams, PSAP/ECC technical staff, and external vendors. • Ensure all technical work is completed in accordance with GovWorx security, compliance, and operational standards. • Oversee and coordinate integrations between customer telephony/audio systems, CAD systems, and GovWorx applications. • Manage audio ingestion, network connectivity, and system configuration activities, including SIP, RTP, and related protocols. • Coordinate hardware deployment and configuration for audio or data ingestion where required. • Lead technical troubleshooting efforts during implementation and post-go-live stabilization. • Act as a technical escalation resource for complex or high-impact issues. • Provide hands-on technical support on select projects as overflow when engineering or implementation capacity is constrained. • Participate in a shared 24×7 on-call rotation, responding to critical customer technical issues after hours, weekends, and holidays. • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering to ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis. • Travel to customer sites as needed (maybe 20%) for installations, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination. • Build strong working relationships with PSAP/ECC leadership, IT staff, and vendors. • Clearly communicate technical status, risks, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support scheduling, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow-up tracking to keep project activities aligned. • Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date. • Update project management tools with progress, deadlines, and dependencies. • Gather project metrics, prepare dashboards, and help identify risks or delays. • Suggest enhancements to workflows, documentation, or team processes. • Conduct research on tools, best practices, or project-related topics to support decision-making.

Role Description In this full-time permanent role, you’ll work as a part of our Pacific Regional Operations team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You’ll be based ideally within the Pacific region though other locations will be considered, and will work predominantly from home or from a Save the Children office if there is one in your area. You’ll support the effective management of development and humanitarian programs across the Pacific by coordinating awards, strengthening compliance, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Working closely with Country Offices and senior program teams, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, accountability, and impact across our portfolio.
