Role Description Estamos em busca de um(a) Talent Acquisition para atuar em nosso time de Operações. Buscamos alguém que deseje ser um agente de transformação, atuando lado a lado com nossos team leaders e clientes para formar times cada vez mais eficazes, estratégicos e alinhados ao negócio. - Colaborar com lideranças e clientes para definir com clareza os requisitos das posições; - Conduzir análises e direcionamentos com proatividade e propriedade, mantendo stakeholders atualizados sobre os status das vagas; - Ler e interpretar dados do funil de recrutamento para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e tomar decisões mais assertivas; - Criar e implementar estratégias personalizadas de recrutamento, alinhadas às necessidades e cultura de cada cliente; - Atuar ativamente na busca e atração de talentos por meio de diversas fontes e ferramentas; - Coordenar todas as etapas do processo seletivo (end to end), desde a seleção até a contratação; - Conduzir entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais, avaliando o fit com a vaga e com o cliente; - Atuar de forma consultiva e estratégica, influenciando diretamente o desenvolvimento dos times dos nossos parceiros. Qualifications - Experiência sólida (3+ anos) com recrutamento e seleção end to end em áreas operacionais (Atendente, líder, supervisor, gerente) para o varejo; - Vivência em recrutamento de alta volumetria e com vagas de liderança; - Capacidade de gerenciar um alto volume de vagas simultâneas (10 a 20 vagas mensais); - Familiaridade com ferramentas e plataformas de recrutamento como LinkedIn Recruiter, InHire, entre outras ATS; - Experiência na construção de funis de recrutamento, leitura de métricas e uso de dados para tomada de decisão; - Experiência com recrutamento em varejo será considerado um diferencial.
