Role Description This Physician Relations Specialist will be responsible for conducting phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gain their valuable personal recruitment information that physician healthcare organizations require to successfully recruit and place qualified physicians. Essential Duties Include: - Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain their personal contact information and future practice desires - Place outbound calls to physicians in regards to future practice opportunities - Connect with residents/fellows on social media platform - Inform physicians on PracticeMatch's career resources - Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators - Work independently in order to meet their daily and weekly quota of phone call attempts as well as physicians interviewed - Produce between 80-100 calls each day Qualifications - Superior listening skills and professional phone communication - Experience using LinkedIn - Possesses self-motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals - Is experienced with a ‘sales’ approach towards “gate-keepers” - Outbound call experience preferred - High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research; sales and/or customer support preferred - Efficient communication skills are required in order to be successful - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Attention to detail, as the job consists of data entry of information received from physician Benefits - Health and Dental - Life, Accident and Disability Insurance - Prescription Plan - Flexible Spending Account - 401k Plan and Match - Paid Holidays and Vacation - Sick Days and Personal Day

• Perform active outbound prospecting of potential clients within the defined ICP; • Qualify leads based on strategic business criteria (account fit, decision-maker profile, purchase timing, etc.); • Map and engage decision-makers and influencers within target accounts; • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies and their challenges to personalize outreach; • Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team (Account Executives); • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the demand-generation funnel; • Use automation tools and CRM systems to manage the pipeline and track metrics; • Maintain a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

• Serve as senior lead for multiple consumer accounts, providing high-level strategy, vision, and counsel. • Build trusted partnerships with client executives, understanding business priorities and aligning PR strategies to drive impact. • Oversee integrated communications programs, including thought leadership, executive visibility, product storytelling, and industry positioning. • Anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions to ensure long-term client success and retention. • Lead development of integrated media relations programs that secure meaningful, business-impacting coverage. • Shape executive narratives and messaging frameworks for complex technology stories. • Cultivate relationships with top-tier media outlets. • Oversee production of strategic content, including press strategies, results reports, pitch calendars, pitches, press releases, bylines, and thought leadership articles. • Manage and mentor account teams to deliver high-quality work with efficiency and precision. • Develop and execute PR strategies and press plans. • Provide direction, feedback, and guidance to ensure professional growth and career development. • Oversee team structure, workflow, and staffing allocations across multiple clients. • Contribute to business development efforts including proposal creation, presentations, and RFP responses. • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts. • Partner with senior leadership to shape best practices, improve processes, and drive overall agency excellence.
