• Perform active outbound prospecting of potential clients within the defined ICP; • Qualify leads based on strategic business criteria (account fit, decision-maker profile, purchase timing, etc.); • Map and engage decision-makers and influencers within target accounts; • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies and their challenges to personalize outreach; • Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team (Account Executives); • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the demand-generation funnel; • Use automation tools and CRM systems to manage the pipeline and track metrics; • Maintain a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
- Previous experience as an Outbound SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales, preferably in B2B companies;
- Experience working with large accounts (Enterprise or Mid-Market);
- Experience qualifying leads using ICP and frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, GPCT, or SPICED;
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar).

Role Description ICF’s Disaster Management Division seeks Disaster Recovery Senior Public Assistance Specialists – Reservist On Call to join our team. This ON-CALL position will require travel to client offices, disaster recovery sites, and deployable for multiple week assignments. This is a U.S. based position. About On-Call Employment with ICF: Due to the seasonal or project-specific nature of our disaster and emergency management work, ICF hires professionals as “On-Call” employees. On-Call employees are scheduled for work as it becomes available, with the freedom to accept or decline hours. They can work on concurrent projects outside of their ICF assignment, provided there's no conflict of interest. The Senior Public Assistance Specialist will serve as professional support for the Public Assistance Division, assisting with PA Program delivery, project worksheet development, and operational details. Role Description The Senior Manager, Media Relations manages day-to-day media relations and oversees related operations that position APA as an authoritative voice on psychology and mental health. The senior manager handles complex media inquiries, drives proactive story development, cultivates relationships with journalists, and leads journal review and research promotion. Working in close collaboration with the senior director and colleagues, the senior manager provides recommendations on media strategy and leads execution within their areas of responsibility.
