DILA
Role Description Les missions du comptable du BAPOIA sont celles dévolues à tout comptable public de l’Etat, et sont précisées dans le décret 2012-1246 du 07 novembre 2012 : - En matière de recettes : - Prise en charge, contrôle et recouvrement des recettes de la DILA assimilées aux recettes non fiscales (RNF). - Émission des pièces correspondantes par l’ordonnateur ; régularité des réductions et des annulations de facturation. - Les principales recettes sont constituées par le produit des annonces légales, les prestations de services d’impression, et les abonnements aux revues publiées par la DILA. - En matière de dépenses : - Contrôle de la validité, de la régularité et de l’exacte imputation des dépenses sur ordre de payer par certification du service fait de l’ordonnateur. - Mise en paiement en s’assurant du caractère libératoire du règlement. - Visa de la paye : contrôles a priori et a posteriori. - En matière patrimoniale : - Contrôle de la conservation des droits et des biens. - Garde et conservation des fonds et valeurs appartenant à la DILA. - Production de l’état de l’actif de la DILA. - Tenue de la comptabilité générale, conservation des pièces justificatives et préparation du compte financier. - Analyse financière et restitutions aux autorités de tutelle et de contrôle. L’agence comptable regroupe 22 collaborateurs, dont 7 cadres A et A+. Elle comprend une section « Comptabilité générale – Dépenses » et une section « Recettes ». Le poste à pourvoir se trouve au sein de la section « Recettes » composée de deux cellules : « Recouvrement amiable » et « Recouvrement contentieux ». We are seeking 3 highly motivated individuals with a passion for healthcare and interest in medical billing to join our Apprentice Program. This 4-week program offers hands-on training in medical billing and accounts receivable. Participants will work closely with an experienced trainer as well as directly alongside our Accounts Receivable Resolution (ARR) team to gain real-world experience and practical skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
