Role Description This role is directly responsible for managing Projects, the performance of project delivery teams, and ensuring projects and client engagements run smoothly. The Project Manager supervises services as agreed by the client and Centroid in the contract, ensures deliverables are met, and is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction at the project and account levels and working with the sales team to grow business within the account. Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Full Time Employee Qualifications - Demonstrable experience working in a Professional Service Management capacity on large-sized projects in the technical industry. - Consulting experience managing resources and clients. - Experience developing and managing technical projects. - Proven people management skills. - Proven ability to manage large projects and grow the book of business within the client account. - Extensive experience using Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet (or equivalent) for project planning, schedule management, and reporting. - Must possess strong written and oral communication skills. - 7-10 years of applicable industry experience supporting large engagements. Requirements - Develop and maintain project deliverables; including and not limited to; milestone dates, project plans, statuses, allocation of resources, project dependencies and budgets. - Coordination of technical resources, as well as, facilitating the communication with clients, partners, and vendors. - Ability to guide teams through the planning, design, development, testing, training and implementation stages of varying technical projects. - Ability to define and manage to the scope of work, purpose, assumptions, and problem statement with the customer and project resources. - Track, manage, negotiate, and maintain client SOWs (Statements of Work), budgets, and project resource timesheets. - Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including RAID Logging (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) plus overall project status updates (e.g. Red, Yellow, Green summary status). - Ability to communicate and create potential needs for change orders with clients based upon modifications in scope or when issues are identified that impact timelines and/or budgets. - Establish and maintain strong client relationships to establish Centroid as a trusted advisor and supporter of the customer's business goals. - Attend or facilitate client Project Review and Client Review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, quality process and project performance. - Transition clients to Centroid’s Managed Services Offering. - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain Centroid’s value. - Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. - Responsible for maintaining internal monthly billing in accordance with client contracts or statement of work. This includes regular reviews and management of resources time and timesheets. - Maintain knowledge of the latest industry technologies and Centroid Service Offerings. Company Description

Veiller à la bonne intégration des processus extra-financiers qui résulteront de chacun des chantiers, dans les processus métiers, et proposer des pistes d’optimisation le cas échéant : - Identifier les points d’adhérence entre chaque chantier et l’impact sur les processus du métier investisseur. - Contribuer aux diagnostics et études d’impact afférents, et porter auprès du département Stratégie et finance durable, les spécificités, besoins et contraintes du métier investisseurs, afin de garantir une intégration réussie dans les processus métier et une acceptabilité des transformations en cours et à venir. - Assurer notamment le suivi de l’intégration du processus taxonomique, des enjeux de décarbonation et d’adaptation dans les processus métiers, et la collecte des éléments, jusqu’à automatisation/déploiement du SI extra-financier, incluant les travaux de recette. 2. Accompagner les experts mobilisés sur les différents chantiers : - A titre principal, accompagner les investisseurs dans leur contribution aux différents chantiers : leur apporter des éléments de compréhension sur la finalité et les attendus de chaque chantier, et plus largement de la feuille de route Finance durable, et leur apporter un appui lors des ateliers. Pour mener à bien ces missions, le/la Chef/Cheffe de projet travaillera en étroite coordination avec les équipes des départements de la direction de l’investissement, ainsi qu’avec les équipes du département Pilotage et appui opérationnel. Description précise de l'événement ou du résultat objectif déterminant la fin de la relation contractuelle : - Comité de pilotage de la feuille de route Finance Durable de la Banque des Territoires actant la fin des chantiers de transformation, des procédures ESG du métier et le déploiement des solutions SI permettant d’automatiser la collecte de données extra-financières incluant une formation des utilisateurs/trices. La durée prévisionnelle du contrat est de 36 mois. Modalités d’évaluation et de contrôle des résultats de l’avancée du projet : - Volet procédures : - Formalisation des nouveaux process et intégration dans les procédures métiers existantes. - Compte-rendu des ateliers et réunions afférentes aux différents chantiers. - Suivi du projet : - Production trimestrielle de notes de synthèse et de supports de présentation à destination du CODIR. Qualifications - Formation en école de commerce ou en sciences politiques (idéalement Master finance durable/EGS). - Expérience souhaitée dans la gestion de projets, d’Analyste ESG ou en tant que Consultant(e) dans le domaine de la finance durable et de l’investissement. Requirements - Connaissances et adhésion aux missions d'intérêt général de la Caisse des Dépôts. - Connaissances de la réglementation ESG applicable au métier investisseur. - Connaissance des enjeux du métier investisseur et du cycle de vie d’un investissement. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et digitaux (Excel - Word – Adobe - Internet). - Capacité à travailler en mode projet et en transversalité. - Capacité à déployer des normes réglementaires/complexes dans des processus métier. - Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse. - Capacités rédactionnelles. - Appétence pour l’accompagnement et la pédagogie.
