• Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. • Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies. • Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability. • Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly. • Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing. • Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed. • Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records. • Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope. • Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
- Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment.
- Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
- Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment.
- Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar.
