• Own and manage the day-to-day performance of Paid Search campaigns for Koodo and Public, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals • Develop and execute strategic Paid Search campaigns that drive performance, efficiency, and growth across multiple portfolios • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using platforms like Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and analytics tools to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion volume • Build and present regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and external teams, with a focus on actionable recommendations • Manage budget allocations and pacing across campaigns, ensuring optimal use of spend and forecasting accuracy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the digital primes, creative, and analytics teams, to align campaign strategies with broader marketing initiatives • Identify and test new growth opportunities, features, and beta programs within Paid Search platforms, maintaining a forward-thinking approach • Lead keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy development, and bid strategy implementation, maintaining high-quality campaign hygiene • Provide strategic and tactical support within the Paid Search team as needed, stepping in during high-demand periods or special initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns, with a strong track record of performance across Google Ads
- Proven success managing multiple large-scale accounts or portfolios, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and platform-specific reporting dashboards
- Deep understanding of search engine marketing concepts, including bidding strategies, match types, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal and external teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple deadlines and portfolios
- Innovative thinker with a passion for creating and executing strategies that drive results
- Ability to uncover opportunities for improvement by analyzing business challenges
- Passion for creative marketing trends, with a proven ability to implement campaigns rooted in consumer insight that gain recognition

- Great-to-haves: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the interplay between paid and organic search
- Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads)
- Familiarity with cross-channel attribution, conversion modeling, or setting up complex tracking (e.g., Conversions API, server-side tracking, Google Ads Data Hub)
- Experience with the creative development process (client or agency-side)
- Experience working with or leading other digital media channels (omni-channel campaigns)
- Experience launching working with Google’s demand gen and Pmax platforms
- Project management experience
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field
- Proficiency with G Suite and/or MS Office applications

Each Digital Specialist oversees and manages an assigned eCommerce portfolio, with direct responsibility for driving digital engagement, expanding customer utilization, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing measurable sales performance within their territory. The Digital Specialist operates with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment while partnering cross-functionally with branch operations, sales leadership, marketing, customer service, and digital product teams. This role requires extensive travel throughout assigned regions to support branch initiatives, conduct customer meetings and trainings, lead adoption efforts, and execute in-market digital growth strategies.
