• Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that align technology capabilities with client business objectives across complex enterprise environments. • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture decisions, digital transformation initiatives, and technology roadmaps. • Lead solution architecture, technical design, integration strategy, and governance activities across Salesforce implementations and enhancements. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable architectures. • Lead technical solutioning efforts for proposals, captures, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts that support new business development and client growth. • Drive architectural governance, ensuring solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce, Workday, Data & Analytics, ERP, and Strategy practices, to deliver integrated client solutions. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and long-term solution sustainability. • Mentor and develop architects, consultants, and administrators through coaching, architecture reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership. • Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, solution accelerators, thought leadership, white papers, training, and industry participation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other strategic technology partners to support innovation and business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including experience in architecture and technical leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, including solution design, integrations, security, data architecture, and governance.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations involving multiple clouds, complex business processes, and third-party integrations.
  • Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience leading technical solutioning, proposal development, and pre-sales activities.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture principles, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and lead architecture best practices across multiple engagements.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
  • Experience supporting Higher Education, Nonprofit, Public Sector, or Professional Services organizations is preferred.
