Role Description We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, including Certinia (FinancialForce), and supporting cross-functional teams across the organization. You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to build automations, dashboards, and process improvements that drive efficiency and insight. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical business system and grow into a leadership role as our organization scales. You’ll be the go-to expert for Salesforce and play a key role in enabling our teams to make data-driven decisions. Qualifications - 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience. - Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Certinia Accredited Professional (PSA/FFA) certifications a plus. - Experience with Certinia PSA and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) strongly preferred. - Proficiency in declarative tools (Flow Builder) and hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data management best practices. - Experience with data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, or similar). - Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). - Experience with sandbox-to-production deployment and change management. - Experience supporting Finance or FP&A teams is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
