• Provide strategic and organizational direction for solutions being proposed during prospecting, contract negotiation, and delivery planning phases. • Oversee the solution planning process across multiple clients and various states of the contract phase. • Leverage insights and knowledge from sales, product, and implementation teams to define and improve effective solution planning. • Manage when demand dictates a team of one or more Solution Analysts. • Develop strong relationships with Sales, Sales Engineering, Delivery, and Product in order to proactively and in the spirit of collaboration develop solution proposals and procedures that increase the organization's ability to deliver grounded and standardized (where possible) solutions across a diverse client base. • Propose, modify, and create technical solutions and process improvements that drive dependable solution delivery and client satisfaction. • Meet with clients and prospects for requirements and solution clarifications and become an integral part of the estimation/RTM process. • Work closely with Professional Services AI Lab to drive AI initiatives and development
Job Requirements
- Education level of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Demonstrated experience working with **cross-functional teams**, including other consultants, product managers, developers, automation specialists, or data analysts.
- 2–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in **technology, consulting, or Professional Services environments**.
- Strong understanding of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
- Specific expertise working with Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System applications for 2 or more years.
- Ability to translate high level complex business and technical requirements into **clear implementation estimates**.
- Detail-oriented with strong **problem-solving and organizational skills**.
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical Implementation experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with **project tracking tools** (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, ADO, or similar).
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with visual diagraming tools such as Visio, Blueworks, or Lucid Chart
