Emerald, a leader in building dynamic market platforms that integrate live events and media, seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance a multi-system Financial applications landscape in a highly audited (SOX-compliant) environment. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and operational efficiency across systems including Epicor, Hyperion, NetSuite, and a potential implementation of OneStream. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on ERP and financial systems experience, is comfortable navigating manual processes and complex integrations, and can serve as a trusted partner to Finance, IT, and Audit. What You’ll Do Serve as a senior analyst supporting Epicor ERP, Hyperion, NetSuite, and other financial reporting/consolidation platforms like A2Z, Salesforce Etc. Analyze and stabilize manual processes, identifying opportunities for automation and system optimization. Own and support system integrations, reconciliation, and data validation between ERP and reporting tools. Partner with Finance to ensure accurate financial data flow and reporting. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple systems. Support SOX compliance, including ITGCs, application controls, and audit evidence preparation. Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation (process flows, narratives, control descriptions). Act as a key liaison during internal and external audit teams. Lead functional analysis for enhancements, upgrades, and fixes; support UAT and deployments. Work closely with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve processes. Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Epicor or other ERP experience. Experience in multi-entity or acquired-company environments. Exposure to system decommissioning, data archiving, or ERP modernization initiatives. Familiarity with automation or integration tools (API, Gen AI, FTP) ERP or financial systems certifications (Epicor, NetSuite, Hyperion, OneStream). COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Target Compensation: $125,000-135,000 Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law. Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting ERP and financial systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with any ERP and familiarity with ERP processes, preferred Epicor and at least one of the following:
- Hyperion
- NetSuite
- OneStream
- Strong ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience working in a SOX-compliant, heavily audited environment.
- Solid understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Close & Reporting).
- Experience building and modifying integrations built using API and other file transfer protocols.
- Experience working with middleware’s and other API tools to create new integrations.
- Experience supporting systems integrations and process support.
- Strong documentation, process-mapping, and communication skills.
