Marketing Events Manager
Intapp
• Lead the planning and execution of key company events and assist with executive-level initiatives. • Own end-to-end planning and assist with the execution for Intapp's flagship programs. • Manage group travel logistics, including air coordination, hotel room blocks, and ground transportation. • Own event budgets with discipline and creativity. • Serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, executives, and internal stakeholders. • Partner with full-service event planning agencies for venue sourcing and contract negotiation. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, and communications timelines for each program. • Support planning and logistics for executive advisory board programs. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event management; background in hotel operations, incentive travel, luxury hospitality, or high-touch corporate events strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing group travel logistics in partnership with travel management companies (TMCs) and full-service event planning agencies.
- Experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to coordinate local ground operations, off-site excursions, and event programming.
- Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets under constraint.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management platforms (Swoogo, Accelevents) and project management tools (Asana).
- Curiosity and willingness to explore how AI can enhance event personalization, attendee communications, and post-event report.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at events (approximately 20% of time).
