Ce rôle se concentre sur la gestion des comptes clés, l’augmentation des ventes et l’alignement des opérations entre les deux organisations afin de soutenir les objectifs commerciaux. - Supervise les ventes auprès des concessionnaires, de l’équipement d’origine (OE) et du transport d’autobus. - Veille à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente, à l’augmentation de la part de portefeuille (SOA) et à la rétention de Goodyear comme fournisseur complet. - Représente l’ensemble de la gamme de produits et services commerciaux. - Collabore avec les clients tout au long du cycle S&OP. - Fournit à la haute direction des mises à jour régulières et stratégiques sur les activités. Qualifications - Baccalauréat ou, à défaut, plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ventes, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou gestion de catégories. - Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ventes, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou gestion de catégories. - Expérience dans la gestion de relations clients stratégiques et dans le développement et l’exécution de stratégies de vente favorisant la croissance. - Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis. - Solides compétences en relation client, communication et présentation. - Excellentes aptitudes en négociation, résolution de problèmes et analyse. - Bon sens des affaires, incluant une compréhension financière, des indicateurs de performance des ventes et de l’analyse des prix. - Autonome, adaptable et capable de travailler à distance. Requirements - Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente et des plans de comptes afin d’atteindre les objectifs du plan opérationnel annuel (AOP). - Diriger la planification stratégique des comptes et établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés des clients. - Collaborer de manière transversale avec l’équipe de planification des catégories commerciales et les fonctions internes. - Identifier, analyser et répondre aux besoins des clients tout en promouvant l’ensemble du portefeuille de produits et services Goodyear. - Travailler en partenariat avec les concessionnaires et distributeurs pour développer les activités de flotte. - Fournir des prévisions précises et des analyses commerciales.
