Role Description This is an exciting opportunity to join ITG's Talent Acquisition team at a pivotal moment of growth. As Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of a high-volume, fast-paced hiring programme — primarily focused on technical roles across ITG's global workforce. The TA team is managing significant demand across a range of technical disciplines — including Manual QA / Testers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Front-End and Back-End Developers — with several roles carrying hard deadlines. You will support the top-of-funnel layer of the recruitment process, freeing the more experienced recruiters to focus on candidate assessment and offer management. You will sit within a collaborative, geographically dispersed team and will work closely with the TA Director and a team of experienced Recruitment Partners and Managers to keep the pipeline moving at pace. Key Responsibilities - Pipeline & Top-of-Funnel Management - Screen and triage inbound applications across a range of live technical roles, identifying strong-fit candidates and flagging them promptly to the relevant recruiter. - Manage candidate communications throughout the early stages of the process, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience. - Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline statuses in Workable (ATS), ensuring all roles and candidate stages are always up to date. - Identify and add any pipeline roles not yet in Workable, working with the TA Director to keep the system as the single source of truth. - Scheduling & Coordination - Own the scheduling and logistics of initial recruiter calls for allocated roles, managing diaries across the team and coordinating candidate availability efficiently. - Provide coordination support across the team during periods of high demand and planned absences, ensuring continuity of candidate experience. - Sourcing - Source candidates proactively for priority roles using job boards, LinkedIn and other channels, with a particular initial focus on entry level technical profiles in South Africa. - Build and maintain talent pools for high-volume or recurring role types to support future pipeline needs. The above list is not exhaustive. Given the pace and nature of ITG's growth, you will be expected to pick up related activities as the role evolves and opportunities to develop arise. Qualifications - Demonstrable experience in a recruitment coordination, resourcing or talent sourcing role — agency or in-house. - Confident managing high volumes of applications and scheduling across multiple roles simultaneously. - Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail; you take pride in keeping systems and records accurate. - Excellent communicator — written and verbal — with a professional, warm approach to candidate and stakeholder management. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and able to reprioritise quickly as demands shift. - Experience using an ATS (Workable experience an advantage, though not essential). - Available to start immediately or within a very short notice period — this is essential given the urgency of the hiring programme. Requirements - Some exposure to technical recruitment — familiarity with roles such as QA, developers, business analysts or scrum masters would be a genuine advantage. - Experience supporting a geographically dispersed team, including working across time zones. - A proactive approach to sourcing, with an ability to identify strong candidates beyond inbound applications. - Experience working within a Matrix or multi-stakeholder environment. Benefits - Time off that works for you — 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, a paid Wellbeing Day, flexible bank holidays to honour cultural or religious observances, and the option to buy or carry over up to 5 extra days. - Family & life milestones — Enhanced family friendly leave, 3 extra days for your wedding/honeymoon, and an Employee Assistance Programme whenever you need support. - Financial perks — Pension scheme, Corporate Medical Cash Plan, electric car salary sacrifice scheme, and tax-efficient payroll giving to your favourite charities. - Growth & recognition — Funding for professional qualifications, monthly Employee of the Month awards (£250 bonus), and referral bonuses of up to £1,500. - Community & wellbeing — Regular Wellbeing Workshops, 30+ Wellbeing Champions, a paid Volunteer Day, and an online perks platform with discounts on top brands, days out, and gym memberships.
