ERP Operations Test Analyst

• Collaborate with Product Owners • Be actively involved in the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes • Perform rigorous functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across various ERP modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management) • Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-users, providing guidance, documentation, and support to ensure thorough validation • Identify, document, and track software defects and system bottlenecks using tools like [Jira / Confluence] • Process Mapping & Validation: Analyze current operational workflows to ensure the ERP software accurately supports and optimizes business processes • Validate data migration and integration between the ERP system and peripheral operational tools or third-party applications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • [2–5] years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor) in a testing, business analysis, or super-user capacity
  • Proven experience in software testing methodologies, writing test scripts, and executing structured QA processes
  • Strong familiarity with operational workflows (e.g., warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing)
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Solid understanding of data structures; basic SQL knowledge for data validation is a strong plus
  • Ability to perform basic scripting analysis, utilize browser developer tools for debugging, and conduct API testing using Postman and standard web protocols.
