Role Description As the Head of Procurement at Talkiatry, you will build a procurement function that is a genuine competitive advantage. As Talkiatry continues to grow, you will play a critical role in driving disciplined spend management, deploying modern procurement technology, and enabling teams to operate efficiently and responsibly. - Build and own Talkiatry’s end-to-end procurement strategy, including vendor selection, contracting support, purchasing processes, and ongoing vendor management. - Partner with Finance to drive cost transparency, budget adherence, and savings initiatives across major spend categories. - Establish procurement policies, approval frameworks, and controls that scale with company growth while maintaining agility. - Lead vendor negotiations in partnership with Legal and key stakeholders to ensure favorable commercial terms, risk mitigation, and service quality. - Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, including performance tracking, renewal planning, and issue resolution. - Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast procurement needs and align purchasing decisions with business priorities. - Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure procurement processes, controls, and documentation support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal controls over spend and vendor management. - Lead procurement technology strategy — assess the current-state tooling landscape and build a roadmap to a modern, integrated procure-to-pay stack (e.g., intake management, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics, and AP automation). - Build a data-driven function — establish spend analytics, category management reporting, and savings tracking that give leadership real-time visibility into vendor spend, budget adherence, and risk. - Drive automation and process efficiency — reduce manual procurement touchpoints through smart intake workflows, approval automation, and AI-assisted contract review and spend classification. - Own vendor risk management — build a framework for assessing financial, security, compliance, and concentration risk across the vendor portfolio, including HIPAA/BAA compliance given Talkiatry’s healthcare context. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions; experience in high-growth or complex organizations strongly preferred. - Proven experience building or scaling procurement processes, policies, and vendor management frameworks. - Strong negotiation skills with a track record of driving measurable cost savings and improved vendor performance. - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, Operations, and senior leadership. - Experience building and leading a procurement team; proven ability to hire, develop, and retain talent as the function scales. - Experience evaluating, selecting, or implementing procurement systems or a procure-to-pay stack strongly preferred (e.g., Coupa, Zip, Ironclad, Ramp, or similar). - Familiarity with vendor compliance in a HIPAA-regulated or healthcare environment a strong plus (BAA management, vendor security assessments, and data privacy considerations). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executive stakeholders. • Manage assigned fluid commodity categories (valves, pumps, and heat exchangers) for the Gas Power business. • Support development and execution of commodity strategies that meet or exceed GEV expectations and negotiate supplier contracts to achieve optimal terms while meeting project needs. • Manage all commercial aspects of supplier purchase orders for assigned commodities. • Develop and execute supplier strategies to optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. • Identify suppliers for project quotes and lead negotiations. • Allocate demand and ensure suppliers meet GEV requirements. • Coordinate awards and purchase order placement with Engineering, Quality and Procurement. • Manage purchase order changes and commercial claims related to delivery and quality. • Build subject matter expertise in assigned commodities. • Support process improvement initiatives. • Resolve complex issues, build stakeholder alignment, and influence outcomes. • Serve as a resource for less experienced team members. • Use sound judgment, technical expertise, data analytics, and cross-functional input to support decisions.

Role Description The Sourcing Excellence team is part of the Global Supplier Management (GSM) Center of Excellence with a goal of implementing the “New Way of Working” in collaboration with Lead & Regional Category Managers and Purchasing Agents. Reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Manager, the Sourcing Excellence Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the supply base is prepared to meet corporate growth objectives. This position serves as a key stakeholder in the Infinity process, responsible for receiving, interpreting, and validating data in alignment with various category strategies. The Analyst also leads the Supplier Segmentation and Business Review processes, collaborating with the broader Strategic Sourcing team to enhance supplier capabilities and drive innovation. Close coordination with internal stakeholders is essential to align and assess category strategies against supplier performance, utilizing scorecards and other evaluation tools. This role requires leading initiatives on a global scale, engaging with diverse geographies, work cultures, and departments. - Implement strategic supplier management, minimizing supplier risk, enabling supplier segmentation and strategy as part of Global Supply Management’s Center of Excellence. - Execute processes and tools to adequately measure suppliers in support of SBD growth initiatives. - Manage strategy creation for key suppliers in coordination with category managers to ensure supplier capacity, capability, value and quality. - Structure Supplier Management initiatives including Business Reviews, Supplier Surveys and Supplier Conferences. - Drive closure and resolution to any ongoing constraint to our growth plans by working collaboratively with the strategic sourcing team and the supplier. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree is required. - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing. - Functional experience in sourcing / procurement; must have a balance of both strategic and operational capacities, including global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, etc. - Execution Excellence: Planning & organizing, time management, process orientation, process adherence. - Global mindset with experience working in an international/multi-cultural matrix environment (cross-functional and external). - Strong program, transformation, and supply chain management skills. - Ability to conceive strategic program initiatives, plan them, sell ideas and execute. - Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management.
