Role Description The Client & Contract Data Specialist with World Fuel plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and complete client, contract, and supplier data within our CRM system. Your work will directly support operational workflows, commission processing, reporting accuracy, and an overall strong client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. - Create and maintain accurate company, contact, service location, and electric & natural gas supply contract records within the CRM system. - Review and analyze client invoices, enter detailed data into the CRM system, and provide Sales and Pricing teams with a clear and accurate view of client portfolios based on available information. - Reconcile renewal data, including validating locations and tax exemption status. - Verify completeness and compliance of all contract execution documentation and maintain accurate records within the Box repository. - Audit commission share tagging and resolve discrepancies with Sales and Pricing. - Conduct monthly enrollment verifications with suppliers to ensure seamless transitions from one supplier to the next. - Compare supplier data against CRM records, investigate variances, and collaborate on updates to ensure ongoing data accuracy and consistency within the CRM. - Partner with Client Services and Commissions team to resolve post-sale issues and supplier contract and commission discrepancies. - Post daily supplier pricing and operational reports to support departmental needs. - Perform contract updates and system data maintenance with a high level of accuracy. - Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and support business needs. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy. - Ability to analyze invoices, contracts, and supplier data. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Clear written communication and ability to work cross-functionally. - Experience working with CRM systems and Excel. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in data entry, contract administration, energy operations, or a similar detail-oriented role. - Experience in energy, utilities, or other contract-driven industries is a plus. - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Energy, or a related field preferred.
