• Manage end-to-end implementation process of software solutions for healthcare clients • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive implementation plans • Provide regular updates on project status, team performance, and client feedback

• Respond to customer inquiries across all channels • Investigate technical data-related issues • Triage and escalate tickets to appropriate teams • Monitor and update ticket status • Support Snowflake and AWS platforms • Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution • Educate customers on application features

• Build a deep understanding of Medisolv’s data ecosystem and CMS measure logic (HEDIS, Pharmacy, CAHPS/HOS). • Align with engineering, AI, and clinical stakeholders on priorities and high-impact use cases. • Design and prototype AI agents to identify care gaps and predict Star Rating risks. • Deploy production-ready AI agents that connect insights directly to gap-closing actions. • Optimize AI performance with feedback loops and expand to more advanced use cases.

• Build and maintain core application workflows • Improve LLM-powered product logic • Extend configuration-driven multi-tenant architecture • Enhance operational tooling and internal UX • Focus on testing and reliability

• Work closely with Medisolv clients to extract, transform and load clinical, financial and administrative healthcare data and health plan data. • Assist in loading and troubleshooting data issues from EHR vendor products (including but not limited to: Epic, Meditech, Cerner and EClinicalWorks). • Support CMS quality measures (HEDIS/Stars) and fuel downstream AI workflows. • Integrate with the data management team and become familiar with workflows and tools in Azure and AWS environments (Snowflake, Databricks, Data Factory, Glue, Lambda, SQL Server). • Review existing data pipelines, data models, and transformation scripts to support troubleshooting. • Investigate technical and data-related issues affecting measure results and mapping (e.g., SNOMED, ICD-10, RXNORM). • Apply SQL querying skills to investigate data anomalies within Databricks and Snowflake environments. • Troubleshoot data pipelines to support internal operations and client deliverables. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance data quality and reporting outputs. • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business and client decisions. • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in data integrity and consistency. • Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights aligned with business goals. • Lead enhancements to data architecture, reporting capabilities, and data processes. • Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive insights and AI-driven solutions. • Document processes and establish best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and consistency as the organization grows.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SQL Server) • Build and support ETL/ELT workflows to enable efficient data processing and transformation • Maintain data models and ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems • Expand capabilities into big data environments (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) as needed • Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot failures or inefficiencies • Configure and manage ingestion of EMR data into Medisolv’s platform, including direct integrations and flat file transfers • Map and validate clinical and encounter data to support accurate quality measure reporting • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, formatting issues, and integration gaps • Validate data transformations and ensure compliance with Medisolv standards and regulatory requirements • Serve as a resource for resolving data-related issues escalated from implementation or support teams • Work closely with teams across Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve data issues • Partner with clients to align data integration processes with Medisolv best practices • Support production rollouts and onboarding of new client data integrations • Translate data challenges into actionable solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and visualization tools (e.g., Sisense, Power BI) • Document workflows, best practices, and data integration standards • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency • Help evolve Medisolv’s data architecture and integration standards
