Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent relevant experience
- Deep Salesforce & MAP experience
- Proven experience building automations in Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools
- Deep familiarity with the cost mechanics of automated workflows
- Experience building and consuming API and MCP integrations to connect systems.

Role Description The Coordinator, Marketing Operations at Original X Productions is responsible for streamlining and managing the operational workflow of campaign programming and deliverables across our location-based entertainment experiences. This role focuses on: - Tracking, prioritizing, and submitting proposals and briefs. - Distributing creative asset requests. - Assisting with coordination of promotional programming across departments. - Managing IP/licensor approval workflows. - Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
