Role Description Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Cloud Engineer to support the Military OneSource program. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting secure cloud environments and enterprise applications that support mission-critical program operations. This role will work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to deploy, troubleshoot, automate, and optimize cloud-based solutions. - Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services in AWS and hybrid cloud environments. - Support cloud integrations, application deployments, and infrastructure modernization efforts. - Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and deployment processes. - Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud operational activities. - Monitor cloud environments and assist with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution. - Support disaster recovery, backup, and system resiliency activities. - Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to maintain secure and compliant cloud environments. - Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - U.S. Citizenship. - Active Secret Security Clearance required. - Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification or equivalent cloud certification. - Experience supporting AWS cloud environments. - Experience with infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices. - Experience supporting enterprise applications and cloud integrations. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements - Ability to maintain program suitability and clearance requirements. - Dedicated remote workspace with reliable high-speed wired internet connectivity. Preferred Qualifications - Security+ certification. - Experience supporting Federal or DoD programs. - Experience with Azure, MuleSoft, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code tools. - Familiarity with RMF, cloud security, and disaster recovery best practices. Benefits - Pay Range: $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 - The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. - Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
