Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of People Operations, you will wear many hats: - Half of your time will be spent driving our recruiting efforts such as sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. - The other half will be spent supporting the employee lifecycle - everything from onboarding and all the way through to offboarding. - You’ll manage internal logistics like swag, vendors, and our highly anticipated annual team meetings. As a fully remote team, you will be a critical anchor in keeping our processes smooth, our pipelines moving, and our culture vibrant. Your warmth, energy, and communication style will be the first thing people experience when they interact with Kinetic, leaving them with a lasting impression about our company. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in a recruiting, talent coordination, or People Ops role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or remote environment. - Stellar project management skills. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging emails. - High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and valued. - Tech-savvy and adaptive, with the ability to pick up tools quickly. - Dependable and discreet problem solver. - Process-driven with a love for clean documentation. Requirements - Proactively source and engage top-tier technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels. - Keep hiring pipelines organized, move candidates through the process efficiently, and run/facilitate internal hiring meetings. - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing all communications with transparency, quick responsiveness, and a high degree of empathy. - Maintain accurate data and reports within our recruiting systems. - Own the logistics of welcoming new hires and managing smooth offboarding processes. - Support running RFP processes for hotels, venues, and vendors for company-wide meetings and retreats. - Manage company swag inventory, from ordering and designing to global distribution. - Support the Director of People Operations on administrative tasks, process improvements, and compliance projects as needed. - Bring a positive, welcoming energy to internal Slack channels, onboarding sessions, and team events. - Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries regarding company policies, PTO tracking, and basic benefits navigation. - Help maintain and update the employee handbook, internal wikis, and company policies. - Respond to and log minor employee relations concerns with high empathy, neutrality, and confidentiality. - Ensure employee files, HR systems, and organizational charts stay accurate and up to date. Benefits - This is a remote position (candidate must be a full-time U.S. resident). - Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year. - Equity Grant. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 20 vacation days per year. - 9 federal holidays off. - Parental Leave. - Pre-tax 401k contribution. - HSA with compatible health plans. - FREE: Health Advocate. - FREE: Telehealth Membership. - FREE: OneMedical Account.
