Role Description As our Key Account Specialist, you will support the Key Account Management team by executing both operational and analytical activities that enable front-line teams to focus on customer engagement and growth. This role serves as a critical link between data/reporting insights and day-to-day account execution, managing contract processes, system data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient account performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in sales operations, customer support, contract administration, or related business support role. - Experience working with CRM, ERP, or contract management systems preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred (Equivalent experience of 4+ years in sales support, data/contract management, or operations environment acceptable in lieu of degree). Requirements - Monitoring key account activities including coordination of pricing, additions/removals, and lead generation. - Managing and coordinating processes. - Providing reporting, analysis, and data support. - Maintaining customer data integrity across CRM, SAP, and related systems. - Supporting sales processes and tools. - Performing general administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
