Technical Recruiter
Marsh McLennan
• Partner with IT Leadership to attract, identify and hire top IT recruitment talent • Source through Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter for open IT positions • Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding • Prescreen candidates to determine potential fit and educate about the company, role and team • Work as a strategic partner to IT leaders regarding job descriptions, interview process and offer details • Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking open and filled roles
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) is a must
- Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, onboarding etc.
- Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a positive candidate experience
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Phenom or similar
- Organizational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail
