Role Description The Executive Assistant, under minimal supervision, is responsible to assist in the overall daily activities and provide support to assigned Executive Leader. - Represent the CEO and other Executive Leaders in a professional manner to all clients and staff - Process accurately and timely all payroll for department including temporary employees - Maintain management calendars and employee and client contacts through Outlook - Make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize documents - Keep accurate and timely records of all PTO requests- obtaining management approval as needed - Act as liaison between CEO and other departments as needed - Schedule annual reviews for all Executive Leaders, coordinating with Management schedule - Set up interviews for all potential candidates - Make travel arrangements as requested - Process expense reports timely and accurately - Manage administrative projects and other duties as assigned - Arrange meetings and reserve and set up conference rooms/facilities for certain events - Develop and maintain a filing system for various projects and functions - Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality with emphasis on discretion with proprietary information Qualifications - 5 to 7 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably to an Executive level - Minimum 3 years of senior level administrative support experience - Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree preferred - Ability to understand and demonstrate use of computer system, computer programs and office equipment as necessary - Proficient in Microsoft Suite; with above average Excel skills including ability to type a minimum of 30-35 wpm and proficiency in the use of a 10 key - High level of planning, organizing and time management skills - Demonstrated ability to remain calm in pressure situations - Demonstrated ability to multi-task - Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and ability to work well with multiple team members - High level of initiative, and ability to work independently and make decisions appropriate for level - Outstanding proofreading skills as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to function in a dynamic, fast paced environment, be detail oriented, highly organized, and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on assignments on a consistent basis - History of exhibiting sound judgment with strong level of honesty and discretion - Ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift a minimum of 5 pounds, file, stand, bend, reach and pull Requirements - Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, generally with shift start times between 7:30-9:00 a.m., as determined by senior management - Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as requested by senior management Benefits - Annual Salary Range: $83,500.00 - $125,000.00 per year - Merit increases - Paid holidays - Paid Time Off - Medical, dental, vision benefits - Short- and long-term disability benefits - 401(k) + match - Life insurance

Role Description We're looking for a Freelance Podcast Production Assistant to support our team on a project basis over the next 2+ months, with the potential for ongoing work for the right person. This is an hourly (£20 to £25 an hour, depending on experience) freelance position focused on podcast publishing, content creation and platform management. You'll play an important role in helping our clients' podcasts get published, distributed and promoted across multiple platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys podcasts, digital content and social media, and has strong organisational and copywriting skills. The role will be a minimum of 5 to 10 hours per week, on an hourly basis and can primarily be remote (but you are welcome to work from our studios/offices if preferred).
