Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPMHC, LICSW) Location: Delaware Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver structured, evidence-based therapy through a fully remote platform. In this role, you will support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions by providing consistent clinical care in a virtual setting. Your work will directly influence treatment progress, stability, and long-term outcomes for clients across Delaware. Key Responsibilities - Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions using approved clinical models - Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes - Monitor client outcomes and adjust care plans as needed - Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams - Follow all ethical, legal, and telehealth compliance standards

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active MHC license in the state of Delaware
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
  • Strong clinical judgment and written communication skills

The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. The Support BCBA is not directly responsible for a caseload, but rather assists with providing supervision to clients and RBTs in the pod supported, as well as any others in the center as applicable. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC.
