The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. The Support BCBA is not directly responsible for a caseload, but rather assists with providing supervision to clients and RBTs in the pod supported, as well as any others in the center as applicable. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC. • Conduct behavioral health assessments for all new patients • Manage the treatment of patient psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health-related and behavioral health needs throughout the patient’s treatment journey • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients • Coordinate with external behavioral health treatment facilities to coordinate care when necessary • Proactively identify methods to improve patient outcomes
