Specialty Therapy Manager

• Responsible for the sale and promotion of the MICRA leadless product line and other innovative technologies • Develops, executes, collaborates, and strategizes with sales leaders and field reps in achieving sales targets and implementing business plans • Provide clinical expertise for implanting centers • Ensure the advancement of site activation process and requirement completion • Provide technical support in accordance with the instructions for use • Assist in education and training activities with physicians, hospital support staff and Medtronic personnel • Execute strategies and plans to achieve/exceed sales quota for commercial cases • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities through account development • Drive district sales strategy with CRM sales representatives and sales leaders • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional image • Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years sales and/or cardiac device technical experience in a hospital environment
- Experience with support of cardiac pacemakers, transcatheter/leadless technology, electrophysiology, wires, catheters, delivery systems
- Exceptional understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Experience communicating product market advantages to physicians and hospital administration
- Experience managing multiple accounts
- Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel
- Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent influencing and consulting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating programs
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures and the medical device industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines
- Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position.

Role Description At Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC), we combine our values and clinical expertise to provide collaborative, compassionate care in order to promote the best outcomes for our learners. We believe that it is essential for the services we provide to progress alongside the ever-evolving field of ABA. The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. The Support BCBA is not directly responsible for a caseload, but rather assists with providing supervision to clients and RBTs in the pod supported, as well as any others in the center as applicable. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC.
