Bilingual Intake Coordinator

• Serve as the primary contact of families calling to inquire about ABA therapy or diagnostic services. • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach in every interaction. • Clearly explain the intake process, service offerings, documentation requirements, and expected timelines. • Conduct outbound follow-up to families regarding missing documents, status updates, and next steps. • Perform initial intake screening to identify service needs and gather essential family and child information. • Review intake forms and documents for completeness and accuracy. • Escalate complex or urgent situations to Intake Supervisor as needed. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM and EMR systems. • Follow established workflows, scripting, and call handling situations. • Meet or exceed KPIs including call quality, documentation accuracy, follow-up timeliness, and service-level expectations. • Partner with Clinical Care Coordinator(s), Insurance, and Clinical teams to support a smooth end-to-end enrollment experience. • Communicate any trends, barriers, or recurring questions to leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.

Description At Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC), we combine our values and clinical expertise to provide collaborative, compassionate care in order to promote the best outcomes for our learners. We believe that it is essential for the services we provide to progress alongside the ever-evolving field of ABA. In doing so, we utilize naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals (BCBAs, SLPs, & OTs) on staff to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages. Summary: The Support BCBA is a supplemental position that provides assistance in caseload management alongside an in-center BCBA in Training. The Support BCBA is not directly responsible for a caseload, but rather assists with providing supervision to clients and RBTs in the pod supported, as well as any others in the center as applicable. This role is full-time, fully remote, and all technology is provided by LAC. Clinical Responsibilities: - Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams - Assist with billable hours by providing Telehealth services to clients via Microsoft Teams - Assist Junior Program Managers and Apprentice Students with caseload management - Complete all documentation of supervision and billable hours daily - Collaborate as needed with in-center clinicians regarding modifications to programs, protocols, training, etc. based on observations made within sessions - Stay abreast of current empirically validated studies - Attends and maintains all outside training certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.) - Follows all mandated reporter standards - Works effectively with all members of clinical team and demonstrations professionalism in the workplace We believe that being a BCBA at LAC should be more than the typical job description and emphasizes professional development and growth. Clinical Psychologist – Bilingual

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected autism spectrum disorder • Administer ADOS-2, CARS-2, and complementary assessment tools • Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports that meet insurance requirements • Review findings with families and provide recommendations for services • Coordinate evaluation schedules, waitlists, and communication with the outreach team and Sr. Director of Diagnostic Assessment • Participate in ongoing professional learning related to ASD evaluations and best practices • Perform occasional in-person assessments within the region (minimal travel)
