• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families • Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform • Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families • Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform • Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients • Perform multi-dimensional evaluations, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors • Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients when indicated • Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care • Track client progress using session-level measures, incorporating both client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives • Consistently integrate measurement-informed care into treatment planning

• Monitor AR aging by region to identify overdue accounts and coordinate follow-ups • Use spreadsheets to track and analyze regional data • Reconcile AR regularly to resolve discrepancies and denials • Address payer inquiries and resolve payment issues through the appeals process • Identify and implement improvements in billing and AR processes • Ensure billing/AR practices align with accounting principles and regulations • Make follow-up calls to payors as needed • Verify insurance benefits, medical necessity, and authorization guidelines, following established processes • Interpret EOBs/ERAs and resolve related issues • Document all information correctly in patient accounts • Communicate with insurance providers to validate benefits and check authorization status • Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards • Perform other duties as assigned

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based tele-therapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-17 years old, parents, and families • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc. • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans • Participate in an optional weekly case review and clinical team meeting
