In this role, you will support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions by providing consistent clinical care in a virtual setting. Your work will directly influence treatment progress, stability, and long-term outcomes for clients across Delaware. Key Responsibilities - Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions using approved clinical models - Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes - Monitor client outcomes and adjust care plans as needed - Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams - Follow all ethical, legal, and telehealth compliance standards

• Responsible for the sale and promotion of the MICRA leadless product line and other innovative technologies • Develops, executes, collaborates, and strategizes with sales leaders and field reps in achieving sales targets and implementing business plans • Provide clinical expertise for implanting centers • Ensure the advancement of site activation process and requirement completion • Provide technical support in accordance with the instructions for use • Assist in education and training activities with physicians, hospital support staff and Medtronic personnel • Execute strategies and plans to achieve/exceed sales quota for commercial cases • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities through account development • Drive district sales strategy with CRM sales representatives and sales leaders • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional image • Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families • Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform • Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings
