Technical Writer – Contractor

• Develop middle-of-funnel technical blog content that aligns with our positioning, product strategy, and differentiators • Partner closely with product marketing to deeply understand product capabilities, roadmap priorities, competitive landscape, and core messaging • Translate complex topics such as real-time data platforms, distributed systems, AI infrastructure, and high-performance databases into clear, compelling narratives • Partner cross-functionally with content marketing, SEO, product marketing, engineering, and solutions teams to align blog topics to campaigns and personas, build a full-funnel roadmap grounded in keyword strategy and search intent, and extract accurate technical insights • Create blog content that supports use cases such as AI inference, feature stores, real-time personalization, fraud detection, and globally distributed systems • Optimize content for search performance while maintaining strong technical credibility • Continuously refine content based on performance metrics, engagement, and conversion data • Act as a collaborative, proactive team player who seeks feedback, contributes ideas, and is motivated to help Aerospike grow through high-impact content

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience writing technical content for B2B infrastructure, databases, AI/ML platforms, or developer tools
  • Strong ability to absorb product positioning and translate differentiated value into technically accurate, persuasive content
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, low-latency architectures, high-throughput systems, and cloud environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, SEO, and engineering teams while independently managing deadlines and delivering consistent, high-quality output
