DomainTools is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Engineering Organization. As a Technical Writing specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our product and internal documentation. You will dive deep into our technology, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and testing functionality firsthand to create content that is not only intuitive for our users but also structured for comprehension by emerging AI technologies. You will need to manage priorities across projects and keep product management updates with the status of content. Job Responsibilities:  - Create and refine technical content: Under the direction of your manager or a Senior Technical Writer, you will write, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API references, and internal knowledge-base articles. - Collaborate across teams: You will partner directly with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to gather information, understand user needs, and ensure technical accuracy. - Engage in hands-on product testing: You will actively use and test the product as part of the documentation process, ensuring our guides are not just technically correct but also practical and user-centric. - Support internal documentation: You will contribute to team-specific documentation and process improvements that enhance our team's efficiency and impact.

• Develop scholarly, editorial-grade content for Corning Life Sciences. • Translate complex scientific concepts into precise, credible, and reader-accessible narratives for an expert audience. • Explain highly technical concepts and products to business-level purchasers for laboratories across the life sciences industries. • Produce a range of editorial and technical content including blogs, SEO-informed articles, feature articles, ebooks, application-focused narratives, and product-aligned educational content. • Communicate with scientific precision and authority while aligning with the informational needs of laboratory practitioners, managers, and procurement stakeholders.

• Fully own each long-form asset from research through final draft, ensuring narrative cohesion and strategic clarity. • Review and synthesize SME call recordings, source materials, internal documentation, and competitor research. • Transform technical and product messaging into executive-level, insight-driven narratives. • Proactively identify gaps in research or messaging and surface clarifying questions early. • Deliver strong first drafts that minimize revision cycles and reduce internal editorial lift. • Immerse in the client's evolving brand voice and messaging architecture.

What We Need ownership of documentation as a product, including UI, navigation, search, onboarding, and metrics. ability to audit and unify fragmented docs across tt-metal, tt-nn, tt-forge, tt-cloud, tt-llk, and hardware into a single coherent portal. experience redesigning documentation UI, navigation, and information architecture, beyond template tweaks. strong background in developer documentation for hardware–software systems. experience defining metrics, instrumentation, and feedback loops for docs quality and adoption. comfort creating end-to-end tutorials with runnable code, real workflows, and engineering-reviewed diagrams. fluency with docs-as-code process. ability to manage markdown, static site generators, and multi-repo documentation workflows. ability to set up governance, ci checks, and processes so docs stay accurate over time. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
