Role Description Bath Experts is seeking a motivated, Customer Engagement Specialist to support our sales organization through thoughtful follow-up and customer re-engagement. In this role, you will reconnect with warm customers who previously had an in-home consultation but did not move forward, reviewing prior sales activity to understand their needs and objections. You’ll provide consultative support, nurture relationships, and help move opportunities forward through meaningful follow-up and coordination.
