Role Description We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven VP Customer Success to lead and scale our global Customer Success organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the success, health, and expansion readiness of Buildots’ global customer portfolio, while building a scalable Customer Success model that supports enterprise growth. - Ensure the success and health of the global customer portfolio, with a clear focus on measurable project outcomes and value realization. - Develop and operationalize a scalable, repeatable Customer Success playbook tailored to different customer and project types. - Drive platform adoption across the customer portfolio, ensuring customers actively use Buildots in their day-to-day workflows, with clear ownership of engagement metrics (active users, feature penetration), and establishing adoption as the prerequisite for measurable value realization. - Optimize the path from successful delivery to expansion and long-term partnerships. - Serve as the second level of executive escalation for strategic customers. - Operate both strategically and hands-on, remaining close to customers and field realities. - Lead globally distributed Customer Success teams and ensure consistent performance across regions. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Delivery, or Customer Operations leadership. - 5+ years of hands-on experience working with construction projects, either through direct project management/execution roles or through leading the implementation and adoption of technology solutions within active construction projects. - Proven experience leading global, multi-regional Customer Success or Professional Services teams. - A strong track record of scaling Customer Success in enterprise B2B SaaS environments. - Experience from a single-product or platform SaaS company, with deep product intuition and familiarity with driving adoption metrics (MAUs, WAUs, feature penetration) — a significant advantage. Requirements - Strong executive presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders. - The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on during periods of rapid growth. - Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and high-stakes escalations. - Commercial awareness and understanding of margin, cost-to-serve, and expansion dynamics. - Experience leading large, distributed teams in a remote environment. - Operational discipline with a strong focus on metrics, accountability, and performance management. Role Description We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Buildots’ Mission Critical Sales team with a background in the Data Center Owner ecosystem with a proven track record of success in B2B selling, such as construction technology. - Grow Buildots’ customer base with net new customers and drive business results, focusing on Data Center Owners & Developers. - Engage net new Owner targets - and own the entire sales cycle from hunting and qualification through closing. - Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas - you are an overachiever! - Drive pipeline generation by attending conferences, industry events, & meetups, building your network within the industry - you love to network! - Build trust and credibility with prospects and customers, with a focus on building long-term relationships & driving business value. - Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting. - Tenaciously follow through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company, bringing feedback to product, engineering, & CS. Qualifications - 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, selling to customers that range from C-level to end users. - Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and closing $1M+ TCV software deals in the Mission Critical space to owners/ developers for data center projects. - Hunter and closer by heart, with a strong ability to qualify & strategically pursue the right revenue opportunities. - Proven success with complex sales cycles, understanding how to navigate multiple entities and stakeholders to get the deal done. - Demonstrated ability to understand customer and stakeholder business needs - and to be able to translate that to Buildots value for that prospect or customer. - Very strong networking skills - you will be attending conferences, tradeshows, and networking events to generate pipeline for Buildots. - Passionate about the Data Center/ Mission Critical ecosystem, construction and/or technology – and believe in the impact that using advanced technologies could bring to mission critical verticals. - High degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed - proactive, curious, and tenacious are words that describe you. - Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and teamwork. - At home in a fast-paced environment, working with a diverse range of customers across different roles, countries and cultures (in person, over the phone, or on video calls).
