Role Description The CDI Quality Review Nurse (QRN) will work under the direction of the Clinical Documentation Integrity ("CDI") Manager and conduct second-level reviews of targeted cases to identify and capture opportunities to improve the integrity of the medical record. The focus of the Quality Review Nurse will be on: - Identifying and capturing methodology-specific risk variables (Vizient, HCC's, Elixhauser) on a post-discharge, pre-coding/billing basis. - Identifying potential process improvements to capture opportunities concurrently. - Validating that the record reflects the most appropriate principal diagnosis and diagnosis related group (DRG). - Supporting the objective for accurate reflection of patient acuity, severity of illness, risk of mortality, and DRG assignment in compliance with industry rules and regulations. • App tester will test the app functionality (ex. sending/receiving money, checking transaction history, etc) • Will use their mobile device for testing

• Test complex fintech and crypto workflows, including transactions, card operations, swaps, KYC flows, asset transfers, and fiat on/off-ramps. • Participate in feature design and delivery, identifying risks and quality considerations early in the development lifecycle. • Investigate production issues, reproduce defects, and ensure root causes are addressed. • Collaborate with developers on automated testing strategy and coverage. • Design comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria. • Review automated test implementations to ensure meaningful coverage of business-critical functionality. • Contribute to a quality-first engineering culture where testing is embedded into the development process. • Support incident investigations, post-mortems, and continuous reliability improvements. • Monitor product health using observability and analytics tools. • Influence product and engineering decisions through data, technical analysis, and risk assessment. • Help teams balance delivery speed with product reliability and customer trust.

• Add automated tests: throughout the different Scrum iterations, you contribute to the implementation of User Stories for various squads • Test APIs and the graphical user interface behavior with an end-to-end and functional approach • Evolve the test automation strategy in collaboration with other Product teams • Ensure monitoring and stability of the automated test suite • Analyze discrepancies between expected and actual results • Track the resolution of bugs identified by automated tests • Support teams in adopting and implementing QA tools and best practices • Contribute to the development and improvement of the test framework.
