• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered solutions that meet client requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the warehouse or distribution verticle
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Palletization, Palletizer sales, AS/RS.
- Experience in the Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Grocery, 3PL or E-Commerce industry.
- Must have Contract Sales experience.
- Open to up to 60% travel in the United-States and some in Canada.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in developing and executing account plans and strategies.
