Senior Integrations Engineer
Wiz
• Act as a core technical expert for Wiz's enterprise integration platform, Workato. Help maintain a robust security posture, ensure reliable operation, and implement optimizations and new capabilities. • Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure integrations between various business systems using Workato. • Implement integrations according to established governance policies and security standards, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and performance through reusable architecture patterns. • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting to team members across different departments on integration-related issues, ensuring smooth system interoperability. • Support the evaluation of new systems and implementations by reviewing in-product and custom integration paths to assess technical fit, security, and level of effort. • Contribute to the building of robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and action performance issues. • Assess the effectiveness of current integrations, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and overall system connectivity and security.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an integrations engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise integration platforms and security.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workato, including recipe development, connector configuration, and secure integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and secure integration protocols.
- Strong knowledge of secure data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and data encryption.
- Automation mindset—relentlessly pursues fully automated solutions to manual processes.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong security practices and team alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and functional teams.
- Experience with CRM and ERP data structures like Salesforce & NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI tools and securely integrating AI into custom automation is a plus.
- Experience with JavaScript and Python is a plus.

Role Description Within the Accounting function at BenchPrep, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements, supporting our financial health and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, along with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across the organization.
