- Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in a collaborative, one-team environment.
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with sales, implementation, support, and customer stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building workflow-heavy, real-time, or operational products; public safety experience is a plus.
- Experience or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or decision-support systems and how they can be applied responsibly in operational environments.
- Familiarity with products that incorporate video streaming, multimedia workflows, computer vision, or other real-time data sources is a plus.
- Experience using analytics, experimentation, and operational metrics to guide product decisions and measure impact.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to make thoughtful, customer-driven decisions in complex environments.
