Product Manager

Scripta Insights

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scripta's member and provider apps. • Champion the end-user experience — driving usability, accessibility, and design quality across both apps. • Design and refine product workflows and user flows that make complex member and provider tasks simple and intuitive. • Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities and trends. • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements from members, providers, and internal stakeholders. • Partner closely with UX designers and engineering to ship intuitive, high-quality front-end experiences. • Collaborate with UX designers on user testing and usability studies, turning research into product improvements. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, workflow design, and day-to-day product work. • Define KPIs — including engagement, adoption, and satisfaction metrics — and track performance against them. • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features. • Use data and qualitative insight to drive decisions on product development and enhancements. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches. • Create clear, compelling product messaging and positioning. • Partner with content designers to develop GTM messaging, in-product content, and marketing collateral — presentations, one-pagers, and website content. • Partner with marketing to build and run campaigns, including marketing automation. • Deliver product demos and enablement for sales and support teams. • Manage launch timelines, resources, and cross-functional communication.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management and/or product marketing, with experience owning customer-facing or front-end products (web and/or mobile apps).
  • Demonstrated experience designing product workflows and user experiences — you can map user flows, shape UX, and partner deeply with design.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in your product workflow (e.g., research, prototyping, content generation).
  • Proven ability to work closely with UX designers and content designers — collaborating on user testing for product, and on content for GTM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for capabilities such as safety stock threshold configuration, order-at-risk dashboards, and AI-assisted stock transfer recommendations. • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, engineering-ready backlog items with clear scope boundaries. • Own sprint-level backlog grooming in collaboration with the engineering manager, ensuring tickets are well-defined and prioritized before each cycle. • Conduct structured discovery sessions independently with supply chain planners, procurement leads, and operations teams. • Synthesize raw customer feedback, field notes, and survey data into prioritized problem statements and product hypotheses. • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with pilot customers during early rollouts, identifying adoption gaps and surfacing them as actionable product improvements. • Own integration requirement specifications — defining how data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems, and demand planning tools flows into FourKites via flat-file SFTP, API, and EDI. • Work with Solutions Engineering to validate integration feasibility, data freshness requirements, and schema mapping during pre-sales and onboarding. • Identify and escalate data quality risks that could compromise dashboard accuracy during early customer deployments. • Partner closely with engineering, design, and Solutions Engineering throughout the feature lifecycle — from discovery through general availability. • Coordinate with Customer Success during pilot rollouts to ensure smooth adoption and capture post-launch learnings. • Support pre-sales activities by providing product clarity on capabilities, integration requirements, and roadmap direction.

Role Description As Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping how thousands of users discover, trust, and act on insights generated from millions of customer conversations. You'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap across three key product areas: - Social Listening - Managed Channels Analytics - Voice of Customer (VoC) Your responsibility isn't simply delivering features. It's ensuring customers can confidently answer critical business questions about their customers, markets, competitors, and brand performance. You'll challenge assumptions, validate problems, and ensure we're solving issues that matter before resources are committed. As AI becomes increasingly central to our platform, you'll help define what "trustworthy AI" means in practice. You'll evaluate opportunities using customer feedback, product data, market insights, commercial priorities, and strategic impact. You'll closely monitor customer behavior, adoption patterns, retention drivers, churn signals, and feedback loops. You'll collaborate across Engineering, Design, AI, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Qualifications - At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS environments. - Strong understanding of product management fundamentals. - Experience with social listening, media monitoring, Voice of Customer, customer intelligence, or research platforms (bonus). - Experience building AI-powered, analytics-heavy, or data-intensive products (bonus). - Familiarity with sentiment analysis, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or automated research workflows (bonus). - Experience working with Arabic-language products, dialects, or regional customer behaviors (bonus). - Knowledge of MENA markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC (bonus). - Experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Qualtrics, Medallia, or Brand24 (bonus). Requirements - Comfortable working with large datasets, analytics platforms, AI-powered products, or technically complex systems. - Ability to transform complexity into experiences that feel intuitive and useful to customers. - Regularly speak with customers, investigate workflows, validate assumptions, and seek evidence before committing to a direction. - Ability to balance analysis with action, make informed decisions under uncertainty, and adapt when new information becomes available. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and customer problems to technical teams. - Measure success by customer adoption, customer value, and business impact rather than the number of features released. Benefits - Diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds are valued. - Encouragement to apply even if not meeting every requirement. Company Description Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that helps organizations understand, engage, and retain customers at scale. Our technology is built in-house and trained on millions of multilingual customer conversations, enabling brands across the MENA region to make better decisions, deliver better experiences, and build stronger customer relationships.
