• Growth strategy for AI — where we play, who we sell to, how we win, and the sequencing of bets that gets us there • The customer and buyer motion — being in front of inference platform teams, data platform leads, and the buyers who decide • Positioning and narrative — partnering with Marketing on how the AI stories land in market • Field partnership — building the assets sellers actually use • Pricing and packaging — how AIStor and MemKV are sold • Competitive intelligence — knowing the AI training inference competitive landscape • Partner GTM for AI — the AI ecosystem is partner-heavy • Influence on the product — through customer signal, pipeline data, and competitive insight
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers
- Demonstrated fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks
- A track record of working closely with field teams on real revenue
- Partnership with marketing on crafting compelling narratives
- Strong analytical instincts
- The ability to write clearly and think rigorously in writing
- Excellent partnership with engineering
- Real comfort with pricing and packaging decisions
- Background in storage, analytics, databases, or data infrastructure

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Stacks and project context experiences within Dropbox. • Clarify the relationship between folders, Stacks, Spaces, projects, Home, AI/chat experiences, and collaborative workflows to create a cohesive user mental model. • Build intelligent project context experiences that bring together Dropbox content, third-party references, comments, tasks, activity, status, versions, and AI-generated summaries in trusted workspaces. • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Search, Connectors, Sharing, Platform, and AI teams to deliver scalable and intuitive user experiences. • Define onboarding flows, naming systems, promotion paths, and interaction patterns that help users understand when and why to use Stacks. • Establish product quality bars, experimentation frameworks, learning goals, and success metrics for early design partner programs and broader rollout strategies. • Translate complex technical tradeoffs around retrieval, permissions, freshness, connector reliability, and model behavior into clear product decisions that maintain user trust and simplicity.
• Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications for capabilities such as safety stock threshold configuration, order-at-risk dashboards, and AI-assisted stock transfer recommendations. • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, engineering-ready backlog items with clear scope boundaries. • Own sprint-level backlog grooming in collaboration with the engineering manager, ensuring tickets are well-defined and prioritized before each cycle. • Conduct structured discovery sessions independently with supply chain planners, procurement leads, and operations teams. • Synthesize raw customer feedback, field notes, and survey data into prioritized problem statements and product hypotheses. • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with pilot customers during early rollouts, identifying adoption gaps and surfacing them as actionable product improvements. • Own integration requirement specifications — defining how data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), warehouse management systems, and demand planning tools flows into FourKites via flat-file SFTP, API, and EDI. • Work with Solutions Engineering to validate integration feasibility, data freshness requirements, and schema mapping during pre-sales and onboarding. • Identify and escalate data quality risks that could compromise dashboard accuracy during early customer deployments. • Partner closely with engineering, design, and Solutions Engineering throughout the feature lifecycle — from discovery through general availability. • Coordinate with Customer Success during pilot rollouts to ensure smooth adoption and capture post-launch learnings. • Support pre-sales activities by providing product clarity on capabilities, integration requirements, and roadmap direction.
