• The Analyst will play an instrumental role in the success of our Rebate Registration team. • A successful candidate will display curiosity, creativity and technical acumen. • This role includes reviewing client pricing terms and implementing pricing within our rebate system. • The Analyst will also support various requests and provide feedback on client setups. • They must manage workflows and ensure deliverables are completed in alignment with targeted metrics/goals. • Proactively resolve issues that arise from internal controls and/or service failures.
Job Requirements
- 6+ months of professional work experience (internships do count)
- 1+ years intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- 1+ years professional work experience PBM and/or healthcare experience
- Working with internal/external clients
- Working in a team environment
- Experience with Salesforce
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• The Director of Finance & Property Operations will oversee portfolio-wide financial performance, property operations, reporting, and compliance. • Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of annual operating budgets at both the property and corporate levels. • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting for all properties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity for ownership, lenders, and investors. • Monitor performance against budget and pro forma; perform variance analysis and drive corrective action plans to achieve NOI, cash flow, occupancy, and delinquency targets. • Supervise and support regional and property managers, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and accountability for results. • Coordinate with HR on hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations for property management staff. • Develop, write, maintain, and enforce process guides, standard operating procedures, and policy manuals for property operations and corporate functions. • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, landlord-tenant requirements, company policies, loan covenants, and affordable housing program rules. • Implement and maintain organizational systems to track key deadlines, projects, and compliance tasks across the portfolio. • Oversee effective use of property management and accounting software (Entrata) and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality. • Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including capital planning, portfolio optimization, and new property onboarding.
