Role Description - Du verantwortest die Systemarchitektur sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Charging-Operations-Systeme – mit Fokus auf CPMS und Charging Backend. - Du sicherst den stabilen Betrieb unserer Systeme: Du überwachst und analysierst Auffälligkeiten, betreibst Troubleshooting, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen und sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation. - Du gestaltest die Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse zwischen CPMS, OCPP/OCPI, Roaming-, EMP- und CPO-Partnern, Payment- und Abrechnungssystemen sowie internen Systemen wie unserem ERP. - Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und steigerst durch die Umsetzung effizienter Prozesse und Automatisierungen die Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit unseres Betriebs. - Du etablierst und pflegst Operations-Standards, dokumentierst Betriebsprozesse und treibst den Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Wissensmanagements voran. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in der Plattformbetrieb und Systemarchitektur, idealerweise in den Bereichen Ladeinfrastruktur, IoT oder Energie. - Charging Backends (CPMS) und Standards wie OCPP/OCPI beherrschst Du sicher. Zusätzliches Wissen rund um Roaming, Payment oder Billing rundet Dein Profil ab. - Zu Deinen Stärken gehören das saubere Erfassen, Strukturieren und Umsetzen von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen wie externen Partnern. - Dich zeichnen eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine klare Kommunikation aus. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
