Role Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to lead a growing Complex Community Care division within an established healthcare organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, quality, growth, and consistency of community-based services across multiple regions. Working closely with Regional Operations Managers, Clinical Leads, Registered Managers, and branch teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the division while ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality care. • Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams; • Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to which payment method to enable/disable and which volumes to process on each; • Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals, initiate top-ups, and analyze the cost structure of each method; • Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans; • Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams; • Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations; • Assist with the integration of new payment providers/methods; • Suggest product/flow improvements (e.g., validation fields, placeholders on forms); • Handle requests from customer support; • Test new payment methods integrations/deployments; • Partner closely with the BI department to build, ensuring data-driven enhancements to all internal reporting and consistent tracking of critical business metrics.

• Research, initiate follow-up and resolve all health care insurance claim accounts with existing credit balances. • Navigate through various payer systems and multiple internal systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims. • Use critical and analytical problem solving skills to resolve issues. • Utilizes excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with peers, leaders, clinical personnel, and payer representatives to resolve credit balances. • Contributes to implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at improving credit department. • Supports monthly reporting of outstanding credit balances.

• Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on schedule • Review and apply each client's contract terms, billing frequency, and payment schedule when raising invoices • Maintain accurate billing records and keep client billing details up to date • Follow up on outstanding invoices and flag overdue accounts • Resolve billing questions and discrepancies with clients in a professional, responsive way • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contract changes, renewals, and any billing-related updates • Support month-end close activities tied to billing and accounts receivable • Build, improve, and document billing processes as Recast scales — much of this will be greenfield
